Found buried under the ruins of an old Asylum

Masquerade your feelings. Your emotions do not matter to the rest of the world. You don't matter either. Wear the mask of lunacy. Put on your fake smile. Spray your most expensive fragrance between your legs. Iron that black shiny suit and get out. Dance like there is no tomorrow. Like nothing matters. Meet people who don't matter. Pretend you are happy for them. Pretend. Pretend. Pretend.

Alter your reality. See the world and its people like the TV in your living rooms wants you to see them. Empty and soulless puppets with invisible strings, waiting for their pre-decided end to come.

Dig your own grave. Start now before it's too late. They won't shed a single tear at your funeral. They will forget you straight after. Like the rest of the world which did not even get to know you. Forget your hopes and dreams. Pick the shovel and start digging.

Nod when they come for your children. As you nodded, when they treated your neighbour like a dog. As you nodded, when they drowned all immigrants like they were ants in their gardens. As you nodded, when the poachers tore the husks from the last elephant. As you nodded, when the last field of grains was burnt in the name of profits. Nod, you fool, nod.

Embrace the darkness. For the light will blind you and will give you false hope. Hope is nothing. Despair is the only path to liberation.

Sell everything you own. Sell your clothes, your food, your furniture, your favourite teddy bear. Sell all you can and burn the rest. And lastly, do not forget to sell the last and most overpriced item you own. Your self.

Sing your last song. Are you not sure which one to pick? You fool. What is the colour of night? Sanguine. What is life's greatest illusion? Innocence. And finally, what is the music of life? Silence, my brother. Shhhh.....

(last sentence covered in dried blood)
